MEDICAL INSPECTION
INCOMING SHIPS PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES (By Telegraph.— Association) AUCKLAND, Friday An edict was issued by the Health Department to-day requiring vessels from Sydnev to anchor in Ihe stream for medical’ inspection before berthing. It is understood that this order may apply also to Wellington. The purpose is to safeguard against a possible recurrence of the infantile paral>‘•i'i epidemic, such as has been States.
