MINISTERS IN CONFERENCE e PARTITION, DEFENCE AND TRADE e :e d (Official Wireless) RUGBY, Feb. 23 'Flie President of the Eire Executive, Mr de Valera, had an hour's conversation with the Prime Minister, Mr Chamberlain, to-day, in the House of Commons, and afterward the discussions between Ministers representing the United Kingdom and Eire were resumed. The discussions ranged over a wide field, including the questions of partition, defence, finance and trade. Later the discussions with a view to the conclusion of a trade agreement at were -resumed.
