CHILD INJURED

VEHICLES IN COLLISION HORSE FLOAT AND TRUCK As Ihe result of a collision between a motor van and a horse fioat on the l J ukekura-Roto-o-rangi Road, about two miles from Cambridge, Alice Steer j*., u daughter of -Mr and Mrs J. Steer, of Kairangi, was admitted to the Waikato Hospital last evening with a broken collar bone. The van was driven by the child's father and tile fioat was owned by Mr A. Winder, of Te Rapa. The impact occurred on an intersection and extensive damage was dune to both vehicles, the fioat running into a duel:. The occupants of the fioat were not injured but -Mr Steer received cuts Hid abrasions. A horse which was being carr.ed in the fioat was not hurt.
