Copyright PARIS, February 11 French Secret Service men, posing as General Franco’s agents, prevented an important illicit arms deal. They were summoned by a prospective buyer, Rocahefort, to a cafe near a secret store of thousands of rifles, machine guns, grenades and other munitions. The buyer wrote a cheque for £3*20.000 ami discovered himself handcuffed to the man to whom he was handing it. Two others have been arrested.
