BIG HAUL IN FRANCE ILLICIT DEAL PREVENTED United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright PARIS, February 11 French Secret Service men, posing as General Franco’s agents, prevented an important illicit arms deal. They were summoned by a prospective buyer, Rocahefort, to a cafe near a secret store of thousands of rifles, machine guns, grenades and other munitions. The buyer wrote a cheque for £3*20.000 ami discovered himself handcuffed to the man to whom he was handing it. Two others have been arrested.
