SIR JAMES GUNSON RETURNS (By Teiegrapn.—Press Association) AUCKLAND, Saturday. Passengers by the ißangitiki from London f6-day included Sir James Gunson, of Auckland. Sir James said house building in England was tremendous and that road works were a striking feature of Britain’s industrial life. He remarked that there was greater spendinsr power last, Christmas than ever before and all records were broken.
