CO-OPERATION SCHEME INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE CntTISH BASIS ADOPTED (Omclal Wireless) 'Received Feb. 12. 12.30 p.m.' RUGBY. Feb. 11 At a meeting of tlie International Fhippina Conference in London assurances were given that arrangements were being made in the different countri's concerned to make international freight co-operation effective and to prevent Infringements of the scheme of voluntary co-operation in the shipring Industry. It was agreed that International cooperation should continue on the basis of the scheme as signed by the British tramp and liner owners and as interpreted by an explanatory memorandum submitted to the meeting in December.
