An official luncheon at Parliament House yesterday was delayed because of a mishap to the aeroplane in which Lord Galway was flying from Sydney to Canberra. Just before the plane took ofT, it was found that trouble had developed with the brakes. After a hasty examination Lord Galway transferred to another plane and arrived at Canberra shortly after vhedule time.
