It was pieasI together and made the pool a success. As a result they had got an average of Ins a calf, as compared with 7s in the previous season. Farmers outside the pools had benefited from the increased compel!•turn, and up to 1 5s had been paid for calve*. He hoped farmers would be loyal to the pool next season.
