DEFENOE BTAFF MISSION HOPE OF FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE LONDON, January 2. The diplomatic correspondent of the Dally Telegraph says that a British defence staff mission to Portugal early In February wdll include representatives of the War Office, the Admiralty and the Air Ministry. The Portuguese newspapers, in commenting on Anglo-Portuguese relations, indicate that the talks will open In a most favourable atmosphere.
