And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Eureka and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Public Works at Wellington. Public Notrce Is hereby given that a meeting of the Waikato County Council will be held at the Council Chambers, Grey Street, Hamilton East, on TUESDAY, the 18th day of January, 1938, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of confirming a resolution passed by way of Special Order at a special meeting held on the 14th day of December, 1937, making a By-law to be known as “ The Waikato County Council Building Amendment By-law, 1937,” and to fix the date when such By-law shall come into force. The object and purport of the said By-law Is as follows : 1. To amend Section 2 of the Waikato County Council Building By-law by deleting the definition of the term ” Building.” 2. To amend Section 9 of the- said By-law by reducing the minimum frontage of a residential section to 50 feet. 3. To amend Section 26 of the said By-law by altering the spacing required for ceiling joists and rafters. A oopy of the proposed By-law Is deposited at the office of the Council and remains open to the inspection of the public during office hours from the 18th day of December, 1937, until the said 18th day of January, 1938.
