(Received Dec: 30, 3.15 p.m.') T LONDON, Dec. 29 The Budapest correspondent of the Daily Telegraph says by a Government decree Hungary on January 1 will become the first country in the world to introduce compulsory innoculation against diphtheria.
Every child mast be innoculated a he age of two years.
