BURGLARS AT AUOKLAND. £l5O IN BANKNOTES STOLEN. | (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Saturday. Entering the premises of the Walnut Butter Company, New North Road, last night, burglars disregarded a large office safe and carried out a smaller safe hidden behind curtains in the manager’s office containing £2OO. Working under the electric light in the factory, they cut open the back of the safe and extracted £l5O, mostly in £5 notes and single notes. Cheques representing about £SO were left behind.
