ALLEGED THEFT.
ARREBT AT FRANKTON. YOUNG MAN REMANDED. John William Carr, alias William James Carr (33), a labourer and cook, was charged in the Police Court, Hamilton, to-day, with the theft of a woman’s gold wristlet watch valued at £4. The accused was remanded until Monday, by Mr G. K. Sinclair. J.P. The alleged theft was committed In Frankton, where accused was arrested last night.
