Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of The Kiwltahi Rabbit Board at a Meeting: to be held on FRIDAY, the 6th day of August, 1937, at 10 a.in. at the office of the Board, Studholme Street, Morrinsville, in pursuance and exercise of the provisions of and powers conferred by “The Rating Act, 1925” and “The Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928” to make and levy a general rate upon the acreage basis upon all rateale property within the Kiwltahi Rabit District and upon a graduated scale according to the classification of the lands within such district in the following proportions and rates:—.
