The Owners of the freehold properties, the number and character of which are set forth in the schedule below, have notified the ValuerGeneral in terms of Section 4 of the Valuation of Land Amendment Act, 193.'!, ihat they require the Capital Value of their lands reduced or that their lands be acquired by the Crown or sold at the sums named by them In their notice. The lands include (a) Building lots and other small areas, (b) Residential properties, (c) Area of three acres and over. Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of The Kiwltahi Rabbit Board at a Meeting: to be held on FRIDAY, the 6th day of August, 1937, at 10 a.in. at the office of the Board, Studholme Street, Morrinsville, in pursuance and exercise of the provisions of and powers conferred by “The Rating Act, 1925” and “The Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928” to make and levy a general rate upon the acreage basis upon all rateale property within the Kiwltahi Rabit District and upon a graduated scale according to the classification of the lands within such district in the following proportions and rates:—. Upon lands classed “A” (Clean lands) id per acre Upon lands classed “B" (slightly Infested lands) lid per acre Such rate being for the year commencing on the Ist day of April, 1937 and ending on the 31st day of March, 1938 and being payable in one sum on the 2nd day of September, 1937, to the Treasurer of the said Board, at his office, Studholme Street, Morrinsville, where the Ratepayers List and tho classification list for the said District may be Inspected.
