CHARGES WITHDRAWN.

MAGISTRATE’S ADVIOE. MOTORISTS EXONERATED. Paterson, S.M., advised the police to withdraw nine separate charges of failing to keep to the left, which were preferred against mot-orists, in the Magistrate's Court. Hamilton, this morning. All the charges were against motorists who had allegedly cut the corner at the intersection of Bridge and Grey Streets. “It is just as well that the studs have been altered. I think tlmt tlie police might withdraw the cases,” said the magistrate. The motorists charged were: Russell Harold Cooper, of Hamilton; Reuben Gordon Etchell, of Hamilton; Leslie Harold Fink, of Hamilton; John Galvan, of Hamilton; Ronald Henry Moran, of Hamilton; William Nan, of Cambridge; Peter Oscar Pope, of Hamilton; Edward James Watkins, of Hamilton East; and Gilbert Ronald Wilkinson, of Auckland.
