INDIGNANT EX-SOLDIERS.

ANTI-AMNESTY MOVEMENT. DEMONSTRATIONS IN BELGIUM. MEN THROW DOWN MEDALS. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. (Received June 26, 1 p.m.) BRUSSELS, June 25. The anti-amnesty movement is spreading throughout Belgium. A procession of ex-servicemen, carrying crepe-draped flags, threw down their medals at the King Albert Memmorial at Liege. All their war crosses will be incorporated in a wreath to be laid at the foot of the rock of March des Dames, where King Albert's fatal fall occurred. The Government has forbidden the demonstration which was arranged for July 8.
