CROQUET.
OTOROHANQA CENTRAL CLUB. Mrs H. Crosby presided at the annual meeting of the Otorohanga Central Croquet Club, when there was a full attendance of members. The election of officers resulted:— President, Mrs J. Sing (Puketarata) ; vice-presidents, Mesdames Tait, Bonnlngton, Crosby and MacFarlane; secretary, Mrs Wyllie; treasurer. Mrs Sohultz; executive committee, Mesdames Cleland, Bowyer, Falrbrother, Burton and Strawbrldge; match committee, Mesdames Mo Adam, Thomson and Morley; green superintendent, Mrs Falrbrother; tea hostess, Mrs F. Cleland; soolal committee, Mesdames R. T. Rhodes, Croton and Martin. A recent card evening was a social and financial success. The principal winners were: Bridge, Mrs Wyllie and Mr Goldflnoh; 500', Miss Grant and Mr Smith.
