pETER Is sure that all his little garuenlng members will find this pair of scissors very useful for cutting twig®, which are out of reach! The scissors are attached to a lath; the bottom ear Is attached firmly by means of U-shaped nails, and a strong tightly stretched rubber band Is attached to the top ear. The rubber band is attached to a nail at the top of the lath, so that It Is taught \rtien the scissors are open. Now tie a string to the top ear, and thread it through hooks all the way down the r lath. The scissors will now cut when you pull the string.
