VALUABLE CONFERENCE.
BENEFIT TO INDUSTRY. Great satisfaction was expressed by Mr A. Morton, chairman of the National Dairy Federation for the past 27 years, with the success of the dairy conference which concluded in Hamilton yesterday. The meeting was well attended throughout by members re-»u-•'tentative of every section of dairying in New Zealand and he felt sure that boilr they and the industry had
benefited considerably by the discussions. The delegates themselves had found the conference of inestimable value and they would leave Hamilton with the satisfaction of knowing that their attendance had been well worth while. During the silting many useful and beneficial remits had been decided upon and these, too. would help the industry in Hie Dominion. Speaking upon the accommodation question in Hamilton. Mr Morion said that with the increased traffic throughout New Zealand, difficulties of the nature were sure to arise. The general public were, in view of I lie more prosperous times. spending their money on travelling and il was all for the best. However, the weather had been very pleasant throughout the conference and with I his and other factors the Slav in Hamilton had been both enjoyable and beneficial.
