At the Pol c( Court James Hastings Ronco Hampstead, alias James Tipa (27), pleaded guilty to the tliert from a hotel of £53, the property or Roland Romas, a member of tiie Marcus Revue Company. Romas deposed that when he arrived at the hotel he had £65 in his pockets, and when he went to bed lie hung his Housers behind the door. On going to the theatre later he found the sum mentioned in the charge missing. Accused was committed for sentense, the magistrate ordering the relurn lo complainant of the sum recovered v£i7j.
