NON-SUPPORT OF CHILDRKN. A CHARGE OF SPEEDING. United Press Assn. —Elee. Tel. copyright NEW YORK, Teb. 21. The well-known airman Bert Acosta has been sent to prison at Mineola. Texas, pending the posting of a bond for his appearance on Friday in Court. He is charged with the non-support of his children.
Acosta was also served a warrant when he failed to appear to answer a charge of speeding.
