A seventh man lias died as tiie result of the explosion on tiie naval training ship Wyoming at San Pedro, California, yesterday. Tiie number injured has been raised to 13, of whom two are expected to die. A naval board met on board tiie Wyoming but the members declined however, that a shell, and not a powder charge exploded.
