AIR PAGEANT.
FIXTURE IN HAMILTON. OPENING “FLYING WEEK.” Sponsored by the Auckland Aero Club, a “Flying Week” will he instituted in New Zealand on Saturday. March 6, and to open the campaign the Aero Club has decided to stage an ah* pageant at the Waikato airport on that date. The Hamilton Motor Cycle Club will co-operate with the club to provide a thrilling day’s sport. Included in the Motor Cycle Club's programme will be the New Zealand Motor Cycle open championship and besides attracting all the. crack riders in New Zealand there is the hope that Putt Mossman, the American, will also In addition to Hie Auckland Aero Club’s machines at Mangere and the Waikato airport, many other clubs have been asked to send representatives and the committee hopes also to bring down the Auckland Club’s new Heerhcraft machine. A five seater, very suitable for ambulance work, this American machine is the fastest in New Zealand at present and it would be a great attraction.
