VIENNEBE CAULIFLOWER. $ ® Take 1 cauliflower, i hard- ® |j boiled egg, butter, breadcrumbs. |j ® Clean the cauliflower well and ® $) boil it in salted water until ten- ® der but fairly firm. Take out ® ® carefully so as not to break it. ® ® Allow to drain, then place in a | § buttered casserole dish. Over ® ® the top sprinkle some bread- § § crumbs which have been previ- ® ® ously browned in a little butter, § ® Chop finely the hard-boiled egg ® ® and sprinkle this over the top, g ® covering it with a few nuts of ® butter. Put into the oven for ® 10 to 20 minutes and serve. ® ® This is a good way of serving ® g cauliflower for those people g ® who are not fond of too many ® g sauces. S s®®®®®®®®®®®®®®®®®®®®®®®®&
