Mr Tom Clarke, a. former editor of the News Chronicle, London, now lecturer on Journalism in the London University. is returning to England by the Niagara, accompanied by his daughter. He expressed surprise that New Zealand had not been able to arrange an airmail service across the Tasman. 1 He asked many questions about the ‘New Zeulancl Labour Government, and the effects or its legisation—and said he understood Mr Godfrey H. Ince, the chief insurance officer of the Min—istry of Labour in England. who was visiting Australia with Sir \Valter Kinnear, of the Ministry of Health, would shortly visit New Zealand. . _—=_..—-—_.__
