The Appeal Court to-day granted aondltlonal leave to appeal to the Privy council in the case of Godfrey v. Gilbert. which was heard in the Court of Appeal in June. The husband of Mrs Godfrey. the plaintiff. was killed in a collision in Canterbury bel\\eeh his motor-car and I lorry driven by Uilberl. In the original action the jury in the Supreme Court.
