DEBENTURE-HOLDERS' CASE. DISPOSAL OF DIVIDEND. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Monday. The hearing is proceeding in the Supreme Court before Mr Justice Smith of a case in which the Court’s opinion on matters affecting the deben-ture-holders of Northern Tung Oil Ltd., is sought by an originating summons of the receivers for the deben-ture-holders. The broad issue Is whether only fully-paid debenture-holders should participate in a dividend or all classes of debenture-holders.
