GLAPHAM—MEYER. The marriage was soiemnised at St Aldan‘s Anglican Church. Hamilton, on the afternoon of June 6 between Stella Pauline, youngest daughter or Mr and Mrs ‘H. P. Meyer. of Marne Street, Claudelands, and Frank Herbert (Jack). only son or Mr and Mrs F. H. Clapham, of Stanley Street, Claudelands. The Rev. \V. M. Smallfleld performed the ceremony and Mr Alex Hayes presided at the organ. The church had been beautifully arranged by friends of the ‘bride. l'l‘he bride, who entered the church with her father, were a lovely gown 01' Ivory Swiss crepe. hand tucked 'on the hips and falling into a graceful train. The bodice was tashloned with a silver high vcowl neckline and bishop sleeves smocked at the shoulder and wrist. She wore a. beautiful veil of hand embroidered Brussels net caught with orange blossom and carried a bouquet of white roses and oarnailons] with maidenhair fern. The bridesmaids were the Misses Peggy Clapham and Shirley Prime. They wore frocks of marina blue Swiss crepe, hand tnrked on the hips with‘ high neokllnes and very full sleevesi They were small hand lurked tulle hatsl to match their trucks mid carried hon—i ducts of pastel shaded roses, carna—tions and silwr rilihon. Clapham left by car for the honeymoon the bride travelled wearing a grey tailored cos—tume with black hat and accessories. They will make their home in Hamil—ton. Following the ceremony Mrs Troughton received about 180 guests at a wedding breakfast in the Civic Theatre. .\irs Troughton wore a black marocain ensemble with furs and hat to tone, relieved with white. and her posy was of autumn-tinted, blooms. The marriage was solemnlsed at the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary, Hamilton, yesterday morning between Eileen Mary. third daughter of Mrs and the late Mr .1.
