SALE OF SECTION.
FOR UNPAID RATES. WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The Appeal Court to-day unanimously dismissed an appeal in the case of Walters v. Malfroy and the Manakau County. The proceedings were taken in October last for a writ of injunction to restrain the sale of certain land in the Manakau County for unpaid rates. This was refused toy His Honour Mr Justice Gallan and the appeal was taken from this judgment to the Appeal Court.
