PUBLIC NOTICE. TN THE ESTATE OF ADA GERTRUDE QUICK, DECEASED. Pursuant to an order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland on the fourth day of February, 1936, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of the above-named Ada Gertrude Quick who died on or about the twenty-second day of October, 1935, and probate of whose will was granted on the twenty-fifth day of November, 1935, are hereby required to send in their claims together with written particulars thereof to her Executors. HENRY HERBERT HOWDEN and THE 1 GUARDIAN TRUST AND EXECUTORS COMPANY 'OF NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (whose address for service is at j the ortl'ee of William Tudhope Esquire, : Solicitor, 71 Victoria Street, Hamil- } ton) on or before the third day of | March, 1936. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN by the Executors that after the said third day of March, 1936, the Executors propose to distribute the assets of the deceased among- the parties entitled thereto having regard to the claims of which the Executors have then notice; and, in sucli event, pursuant to Section 7-i of “ The Trustee Act, 1908,” the Executors, having given the notices directed by the aforesaid order, will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any person of whose claim the Executors had no notice at the time of the distribution of the said assets.
