ROSS AND CROMARTY SEAT. FOUR NOMINATIONS. (Official Wireless.) Received Feb. 1, 3 p.m.) RUGBY, Jan. 31. Four candidates were nominated today for the Ross and Cromarty byelection. They were: — Mr Malcolm MacDonald (National Government). Mr Randolph Churchill (Conservative ). Mr. Hector McNeil (Labour). Dr. W. S. Russel Thomas (Liberal). The polling will take place on February 10. SCOTTISH UNIVERSITIES. POLLING COMPLETED. DECLARATION ON. MONDAY. (Official Wireless.) (Received Feb. 1, 3 p.m.) ’ RUGBY, Jan. 31. The polling, which liook place by post closed to-day in the Scottish Universities By-election in which Mr Ramsay MacDonald is the National Government candidate. The declaration of the result will be made on Monday.
