The polling will take place on February 10. SCOTTISH UNIVERSITIES. POLLING COMPLETED. DECLARATION ON. MONDAY. (Official Wireless.) (Received Feb. 1, 3 p.m.) ’ RUGBY, Jan. 31. The polling, which liook place by post closed to-day in the Scottish Universities By-election in which Mr Ramsay MacDonald is the National Government candidate. The declaration of the result will be made on Monday.
