SIR C. KINGSFORD SMITH. ALLEGED MESSAGE FROM DEAD. “NOT YET PASSED OVER.” United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright, (Received Jan. 15, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 14. The Bun-Herald says the Foreign Office has received a report from Sir Hublrt Montgomery, British Minster at The Hague, concerning Information about Sir Charles King6ford Smith, alleged to have been given at a seance at The Hague. The Foreign Office 'has advised the Commonwealth Admiralty and Air Ministry on the report, which says that an elderly woman medium received a message from the “spirit” of, a Dutch pilot, Captain Beekman, who was killed in a flying fatality, that Sir Charles Kingsford Smith “has not yet passed over,” but is on a coral island near Bencoolen, on the Sumatra coast, in great distress and danger. The message urged that immediate help be sent. It was stated that the message was intended for the British Legation, to which it was accordingly sent.
