VALEDICTORY.
FAREWELL AT GORDONTON. REV. B. OXENBRIDGE HONOURED. After Evensong last evening the parishioners of Sj.. Mary’s, Gordonton, met to bid farewell to the curate, the Rev. B. Oxembridge. Mr A. E. Riddlngton, people’s warden, expressed the people’s regret at the departure of Mr Oxenbridge, and on their behalf presented him with a fountain pen and wished him happiness and success in his new pointmentThe recipient suitably acknowledged the gift and the good wishes.
