The New Zealand four-year-old Golden Chance, a full-brother to the brilliant Golden Wings, by Lackham from Megalo, was successful in the chief event, the Yilliers Stakes, at the opening day of the Australian Jockey Club’s Summer Meeting at Randwick yesterday. . During the running of the second division of the Novice Stakes, Polka got on the heels of another horse apd fell, bringing down Blood Money and nearly upsetting Money Spi. He twice had to be checked in running, although Golden Chance finished with great dash and won convincingly. GAY BRUNETTE AND REMITTENT. MELBOURNE, Dec. 22. The New Zealand-bred two-year-olds Gay Brunette and Remittent won the divisions of the Juvenile Handicap at the Moonee Valley Racing Club’s meeting yesterday. Lady Primrose and Lobengula were unplaced in the Three-year-old Handicap, Cape Morn in the Essendon I-weight Handicap, and First Song in T.e Gleu roy Welter Plate. Results:—
