SHIPPING DISPUTE.
TWO STEAMERS HELD UP. TROUBLE AT VANCOUVER. (Received Oct. 5, 3 p.m.) VANCOUVER, Oct. 4. The crew of the steamer Monoxvai refused to furnish steam for the unloading of the vessel, owing to the longshoremen’s strike. The baggage and mall have been discharged. The Wairuna is still idle in the harbour.
