WORK ON VOLUNTARY BASIS. (Empire Press Union.) OTTAWA, August t. Government legislation before Parliament at the recent session proposed at first to set up a board that would havo control of the marketing of all wheat produced in Canada. Producers who sell io i he board at its fixed price will be entitled to additional payments if llie market justifies them. This price will he, set at llie beginning of each crop year.
