TRIPLE DROWNING

THREE MEN PERISH.

TRAGIC SEQUEL TO CRUISE.

BODIES NOT RECOVERED

INVERCARGILL, Tuesday

A case of triple drowning is reported from Waikawa. The victims were:—

Frederick Wybrow, single, (26), labourer, of Waikawa.

Percy Wybrow (18), fisherman, of Waikawa.

George Mcßurney (24), shop assistant, who was on holiday.

They went on a pleasure cruise on the Waikawa Estuary in a dinghy, which has since been found overturned. There Is no trace of the occupants. A search for their bodies is being made.

No one witnessed the accident, tout it is suppose* the dinghy capsized in the rough water.
