REDUCTION AUTHORISED. BOROUGH COUNCIL DECISION. A new scale of water heating rates providing for a reduction to consumers was adopted on the recommendation of the electrical engineer, Mr I. Minimum £3 per annum. Rate 3: Continuous supply 20s (245) per 100 watts per annum. Minimum £3 per annum. The reduction, if applied over the last year, would have resulted in, a saving of £IOO lo consumers.
