MOTHER AND DAUGHTER. FOUR OTHERS RESCUED. MYSTERIOUS FIRE IN DUBLIN. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) (Received Aug. 20, 1 p.m.) DUBLIN, Aug 19. A mysterious Are in the Sum Fein headquarters in Parnell Square caused tv.- death of Mrs O Higgins and her daughter Annie, aged 35 years, a wellknown pianist. They were trapped in the top storey. Firemen rescued four oilier residents.
