The best gallop of the morning was that of Tradesman (Day) who, unaccompanied, ran half-a-mlle In 53Js. He was carrying practically the same weight (9.1) that he will have in the sprint on Saturday, and taking a lino through this morning’s effort he should run well at And conditions underfoot should bo right to his liking.
