GREAT SOUTH ROAD WORK REFORMATION COMPLETED. (Times Special Reporter.) TE AWAMUTU, Monday. The completion of the reformation of the Great South Road between Hamilton and Ngaruawahia was advised by Mr J. W. Civil, engineer to Waipa County Council to-day. He staled that the contractor, Mr W. S. Goosman, had the road, with the exception of the deviation at the S-bend metalled ready for sealing when ihe weather permits from the Horotiu school to the Ngaruawahia borough boundary. This completes the section from Hamilton to Ngaruawahia. Mr Civil added that two portions of the highway between Te Awamutu and Hamilton had been taken over by Mr Goosman, the first extending from the borough boundary to the Mill Creek, and the second from the six to the eight mile posts.
