Interviewed regarding statements made arising out of a fatal lift acoldent which was the subject of an inquest here a few days ago, the Hon. J. G. Cobbe,. Minister in Charge of the Inspection of Machine/y Department, expressed the opinion that legislative measures could not prevent all classes of accidents.
