The Wh'itcombe Brothers, Ernest and Reginald, with aggregates of 292, tied in the Irish open golf championship at County Down. The replay will take place on July 26 over 36 holes. Kenyon, winner in 1931 and 1933, was second with 293. He led by three strokes at the end of the third round. He turned in the fourth with 36 and needed 38 to win, but crumpled up, taking 40.
