FIRE BOARD PROPOSAL.
MORRINSVILLE POLL CARRIED. SPECIAL DISTRICT FORMED. : MORRINSVILLE, Wednesday. By a' majority 0f’137 votes to 57, Morrliisvllle ratepayers, to-day at the poll decided to make formal application to have - the town declared a Are district. ■ ! ' This is the third poll on -the question, the proposal being lost by three votes In 1932 and by 25 votes in 1933. At present Morrinsvllle is served by a volunteer brigade and the formation of a Are district will require the appointment of a Are board and the establishment of a permanent flre-flght-ing force.
