TESTING RETURNS.
MATAMATA JERSEY CLUB. Figures received by Mr 11. Lewis, president of tlie Matatiinta Jersey Club, from the dairy division, give Hie production of tbe best nine cows owned by member's or the ctuli which underwent G. 0.11. or 0.11. T. lest during the past season. Mr Lewis pointed out that llte average test for the nine rows was 007. albs of fat wliieli proved that it was possible to produce animals true to type which could show productive powers equal to the best in the country.
