FASCISM IN BRITAIN. COMPANY IN LIQUIDATION. RECEIVER’S CAUSTIC SARCASM. United Press Ass.n. —Elec. Tel. Copyright. (Received July 20, 3 p.m.) LONDON, July 19. “ Although formed to organise Fascism in Britain, the company appears to he incapable of organising itself,” declared the Official Receiver, who is winding up British Fascists Limited. The minutes revealed continuous dissenions on the executive committees. Although the membership in 1933 was 400,000 the subscriptions from 1928 to 1935 averaged £3OO per annum. The organisation’s failure was attributed to the competition of Mosleyites and general apathy towards Fascism.
