GAMING ACT BROKEN

CHINESE PREMISES RAIDED. PROPRIETOR AND HABITUES FINED (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Friday. Two Chinese, whose premises in Gaining Slreet were raided by the police yesterday, were fined £25 and £lO respectively, in default one month and 21 days respectively. Four Europeans who were found on ttie premises were lined £2, in default seven days.
