Lack of harmony among the hosts of the British Legionaries was again manifested when the Government cancelled the programme drawn up by the Stah!helm leaders in conjunction with the British Legion and residents of Cologne. A new programme of functions was prepared by Cologne Nazis, and Stahlhelmers refused to participate and will not be officially represented at the rareception to the visitors in the Rhinoland. ATTEMPTED FLIGHT. ENGLAND TO CAPETOWN, LONDON, July 17. Mr H. L. Brook started from Lympne at 12.35 a.m. and hopes to reach Capetown in four days.
