KITCHEN GIFT PARTY.

FOR MISS DORIS FLEXMAN. A very happy ‘‘kitchen -gift" party was given by Miss 'Kath Redwood at her home in Te At oh a Street on Monday evening for Miss Doris Flexman, whose marriage will take place this week. During the evening bridge was played, Miss Hilda Speight being the winner. A delicious supper was served after which the many gifts were opened by the guest of honour. The rooms were charmingi decorated with camellias and daphne in shades of pink, Miss Redwood receiving her guests wearing a frock of cardinal red flat crepe. Miss Flexman Avas wearing a frock of japonica pink cotelle.

Those present were:—Misses Mary Barber, Audrey ’Howe, Pat Ryan, Mary Greville, 'H. Newell, H. Speight, Joyce Morrison, Maude Blyth, Mavis McGulnness, Julie Masters, Vera Cann.
