Centenarians and Tholr Progeny.— The London Sunday Times says:—Mr Thomas hi gov has died at Wellington. New Zealand, “at the asc of 104, leaving nearly a hundred descendants.” The feat of matching one’s years with one’s progeny is easier as one gets beyond the thrcc-score-and-tcn. The septuagenarian can expect only n handful of grand-children, hut in Biblical days he would have been thought, a slack centenarian whose descendants did not run to three figures.
